General

These terms apply to every ticket purchase or event registration on this site. Completing a purchase means you accept them.

Tickets

  • Each ticket admits one person to the event it was issued for.
  • Tickets are emailed to you and are also available on your personal tickets page. Show the QR code at the entrance, printed or on your phone.
  • Each QR code can be used once.
  • If an event has an age limit, it is shown on the event page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪) and are the final amount you pay. Payment is made on the secure page of our payment provider (morning and Grow) by credit card, Bit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your payment details. A receipt is issued for every payment and emailed to you.

Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying, provided the cancellation reaches us at least 7 days (not counting Shabbat and holidays) before the event.
  • Cancellation fee: 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation.
  • To cancel, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (details above) with the buyer's name and the order number.

Cancelled or rescheduled events

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders get a full refund with no fee. If the date changes, tickets are valid for the new date, and anyone who cannot attend on the new date may get a full refund.

Events by other producers

Some events at the venue are produced by other producers or artists. Tickets for them are sold on this site by R.G.B Studio; the content of the event is the producer's responsibility.
