Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you buy tickets or register: your name, email and phone, and attendee names if you choose to add them.
When you ask about renting the hall: the details you enter in the form.
When you join the newsletter: your email, your phone if you give it, and when you agreed.
Payment details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, only a technical cookie that remembers your language.

You are not legally required to give us this information, but without it we cannot issue tickets or answer your request.

Why

To issue and send your tickets and receipt, and to contact you about an event you bought tickets for.
To answer questions about renting the hall.
To send event news, only if you explicitly agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

morning and Grow, to process the payment and issue the receipt.
The site's infrastructure providers: hosting and database (Vercel and Neon) and an email-sending service, only to run the site.
We do not give your details to event producers and we never sell data.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Storage outside Israel

Some infrastructure providers store data on servers in the European Union, in line with the Israeli privacy regulations on transferring data abroad.

Security and retention

We use standard security measures to protect your data. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above; receipts are kept as tax law requires.

Your rights

You may see your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from the newsletter (sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law). Email us at reyngeverts@gmail.com.
